I am an attorney at law with more than 15 years of experience in applying the law and a co-founder of K&P Law Firm, which has been operating in Kraków since 2018.
In my daily practice I support employers and employees – from employment contracts and HR documentation, through inspections by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) and the Labour Office, to disputes before the labour court. I draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and in immigration matters I help companies employ foreigners lawfully and handle residence proceedings.
Since 2018 I have been a standing adviser to Teatr KTO, a theatre in Kraków, on copyright, contracts and day-to-day operations.
